What We Can Expect From You:

• Assists the CEO in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, email, and voicemail correspondence.
• Works with the receptionist to manage and organize the CEO’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
• Provides administrative assistance, such as composing and editing letters, documents, emails, and proposals, and ensures a follow-up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
• Manages and coordinates travel for both business and personal arrangements.
• Schedules meetings and conference calls, as well as organizes detailed international and domestic travel, ranging from air and hotel reservations to passport and visa applications.
• Assists in screening calls, emails, and visitors.
• Maintains confidential files and honors the integrity of all information.
• Coordinates on-site meetings, luncheons, coffees, and in-house events.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients/customers within the assigned industry segment.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and nurturing activities.

Qualifications:

• Collaborate closely with our lender and marketing partners to understand their integration requirements and business needs.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end integration process from initial scoping and design to implementation and testing.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, API specifications, and technical workflows.
• Utilize Postman and other relevant tools to conduct API testing and validation.
• Implement automation solutions using platforms like Integromat, Zapier, and Make to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:
